MyFurnitureCorner.com strives for customer satisfaction in all that we do. Because customer satisfaction is the primary goal of our business, we consider our Return Policy a vital part of our relationship with the customer.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within the first 30 days of receipt for a return authorization. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for the return along with a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be unused in new condition, in the original packaging, and include all instructions, warranty cards, and original accessories. We strongly recommend that the buyer saves the shipping box and the protective material until the warranty period ends.
Canceling an Order
We make every effort to process all orders within 24 hours after being placed. Due to the expedited nature of our shipping department, please contact customer service at 1-877-693-9291 within the first 24 hours after placing your order if you wish to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel a special ordered item, you must do so within the first 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, no refunds will be issued on any special orders or promotional items. There are no exceptions if your order has shipped, we will be unable to cancel your order at that time. If you no longer want that item, you may refuse the item and upon receipt of the returned item, a 20% restocking fee plus all shipping & service fees will be applied.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare situation that you experience damage to the order you receive, note it on the delivery paperwork you sign, and contact us as soon as possible. In the event that the shipping carton is obviously damaged, please refuse the order from the shipping company, and contact us immediately. If the item has been delivered to you before you were able to refuse it from the delivery company, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for a replacement product or replacement parts to be rushed out as quickly as possible, and advise you in the return of the product you originally received. In the event a replacement is delivered to you before the original shipment is returned to us, you are responsible for cooperating with the return of that item. If a damaged item is not returned to us, we will charge your credit card for that non-returned item.
NO RETURN will be accepted and a refund will NOT be given if the item was opened and obviously used, and/or if any pieces of the original order (parts or packaging) are missing and/or damaged.
MyFurnitureCorner.com makes great efforts to ensure that your packages are delivered quickly and in excellent condition. However, incidents sometimes occur during the shipping process that may impact your order. If you receive a defective, shorted, or damaged item, please contact us at 1-877-693-9291 within 3 business days to report the problem.
